The floor plan made it difficult to incorporate a functional dining area, leaving the property without a clear space for guests to dine.
DESIGN SOLUTION
An unused area near the back door was transformed into a curated dining nook, creating a dedicated place for guests to gather and dine without disrupting the flow of the space.
