RATES (Introductory rates while we grow our portfolio)
Rates are time-based. No mark-ups. No hidden fees.
Time is allocated across site assessment, planning, and installation, based on the needs of the listing. Minimal projects, such as a 1 bedroom unit requiring only minor adjustments, typically start at a full day and a half day: an initial assessment, sourcing and procurement, and a final installation and styling visit.
Half day (4 hours): $320
Full day (8 hours): $640
Materials, if needed, are not included. Budgets are determined collaboratively prior to any sourcing or installation.
Professional photography is strongly recommended to ensure the online presentation accurately reflects the physical experience. This can be coordinated by us as part of the project.
