FRICTION POINT
Over time, several details in the living room no longer matched the listing photos. The area rug had been replaced with a different one, the coffee table was chipped, and the plant was dying, leading guests to rate the property lower in listing accuracy.
DESIGN SOLUTION
The rug was moved to the primary bedroom and photographed for the listing. An identical rug to the one shown in the listing photos was reintroduced in the living room, along with a new plant. The coffee table was sanded and restained, restoring the space to match the original listing presentation.
