Kvistad Interiors is led by Jennifer Kvistad, who brings a holistic perspective developed through more than fifteen years working in the vacation rental industry. Her experience in ownership, sales, and management across multiple markets gives her a deep understanding of small and large-scale portfolio operations, as well as the nuances of different regions. This background guides design decisions with an acute understanding of guest behavior, operational realities, and long-term revenue performance.

Beyond the data, we believe in the profound impact of a space on the human spirit. Our approach is rooted in the Norwegian heritage of Hygge, or the art of creating atmosphere, connection, and a genuine sense of well-being. Whether we are designing a vibrant vacation stay or using a portion of our revenue to refresh local mental health environments, our goal is the same: to create spaces that provide comfort, stability, and "good vibes" for those far from home and those within our own community.
