This is a turnkey service. We manage sourcing, procurement, logistics, and installation to ensure consistency, quality, and accountability.

  • Comprehensive Design Manual and team training.

  • Comes with a six month check-up.

  • On-site assessment to evaluate layout, flow, wear points, and opportunities

  • Furnishing, material, and finish selections appropriate for frequent guest use

  • Amenity and enhancement recommendations based on booking appeal and feasibility

  • Procurement-ready specifications and layout guidance

  • Photo-ready styling for third-party photography

  • Design Manual including specifications, reorder links, care guidance, and layout notes

For clients who:

  • manage their own listings

  • may own, arbitrage, or operate multiple properties

  • may want optional guidance on photography or listing presentation

BUDGETING FOR FURNISHINGS & DECOR

  • Materials are not included; budgets are determined collaboratively prior to sourcing.

  • Typical furnishing budgets range from $8k+ 20k for a 1-3 bedroom unit.
