OUR BACKGROUND
Kvistad Interiors is led by 15 year STR veteran Jennifer Kvistad, who bridges the gap between creative vision and analytical precision. Her rare holistic perspective has been developed through more than fifteen years in the industry. Jennifer’s experience in STR ownership, sales, and management across multiple markets gives her a deep understanding of small and large-scale portfolio operations, as well as the nuances of different regions. This background, alongside local data from analytics platforms as well as her own research, guides design decisions with an acute understanding of guest behavior, operational realities, and long-term revenue performance.
OUR APPROACH
At Kvistad Interiors, we design for the guest experience. In an increasingly automated industry, the physical property is our last frontier for true human connection. Our strategic refreshes use neurodesign concepts and a sensory approach, because listing performance is shaped by how guests feel and experience the space as a whole.

Natural elements such as water features to reduce street noise and associated stress
Minimal, visually balanced spaces to promote clarity and focus

OUR IMPACT
An Austin-based business, we believe in taking care of the community that makes our industry possible. We are excited to dedicate a portion of our annual revenue to refreshing mental health spaces in the Austin area.
